Bengals WR Chad Ochocinco has uttered the words that NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell has longed to hear: He will not dance. Well, at least not Tuesday night on “Dancing With The Stars.” In the end zone? That might be a completely different story.

Ochocinco (via Twitter) announced that he will not participate in the celebrity dance competition’s season finale “due to injury, trying to squat 420 without a warm was dumb of me.”

Well, it certainly wasn’t smart.

Ochocinco, who was eliminated from the competition last week, was scheduled to perform with the cast on the finale. Whether he’s legitimately hurt or if he’s pulling the Al Czervik is anyone’s guess.

You’d have to imagine that the Bengals are pretty interested in this news, considering Ochocinco is missing an organized team activity to be in Los Angeles.
