Goodell: Decision on Roethlisberger’s suspension soon

NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell said Tuesday at the NFL Spring Meeting that he expects to make a decision on when Ben Roethlisberger can return to Steelers within a week, according to NFL Network insider Jason La Canfora.

Roethlisberger was suspended six games for violating the league’s personal-conduct policy, and Goodell hasn’t allowed the quarterback to participate in team activities, pending evaluations.
