Ghee gets name called near end of second day

NEW YORK — One last note before we exit Radio City Music Hall.

It was good to see a compelling second day of the 2010 NFL Draft end on a high note for CB Brandon Ghee.

Ghee, who was the last remaining of the 17 prospects who had been invited to the draft, had spent at least part of the day in the commissioner’s green room waiting for his name to be called. When it was, by the Bengals at No. 96 overall, the remaining fans inside Radio City Music Hall gave Ghee¬†some rousing cheers.
