Coming soon: Cannonball Run the Musical

Former Steelers QB Terry Bradshaw will perform in a one-man show in Las Vegas, according to USA Today.

And if you will allow me to speak for everybody, I’m in. At least if all of the bashing of Ben Roethlisberger is any indication. Seriously, who wouldn’t pay $55 to see that?

Bradshaw described the show as “kind of a Mark Twain thing where he’d give his philosophy of life and people would listen.”

Bradshaw said he’s “not going to do it unless it’s real good,” which doesn’t explain how he ended up making “Failure to Launch,” a movie in which Bradshaw exposed his backside. So when he says things like “I’m coming out in a spandex thong thing to get the crowd going,” you can’t really tell if he’s kidding.

To be honest, Bradshaw could kick back and tell stories about Cannonball Run all day, like he did at the Hall of Fame two years ago, and I would be hooked.
