Bradshaw hopes trade talk is wake up call for Ben

Hall of Fame QB Terry Bradshaw can seemingly talk about QB Ben Roethlisberger for days. Kind of like walking into a Bakersfield, Calif. dive bar and asking one of the local patrons to talk about Buck Owens. Pull up a seat because you are going to be there a while.

Bradshaw has been outspoken this week when talking about Roethlisberger and his troubles. And Bradshaw did not slow down when he joined Rich Eisen on NFL Total Access on Thursday.

Bradshaw said that the Rooney family is down on Roethlisberger and he could wind up being traded if he makes one more slip up. Or even if he does not slip up, as Bradshaw speculated the Steelers could deal him if the right offer came along.

Bradshaw reiterated the advice he has been talking about all week: fire those people around you, stay out of college towns and stay out of bars. Oh, and when you are going to make a public apology, speak from the heart — not a prepared statement. But in the end, he hopes that the recent trade talk is a wake up call for Roethlisberger.
