We don’t turn to Hall of Famer Michael Irvin for soft opinions.

In light of the trade between the Broncos and Dolphins Wednesday, Irvin addressed the marriage of Brandon Marshall, who has had his share of off-field issues, and the allures of the Miami community that could potentially raise some issues.

“He’s an emotional guy, he’s looking for affirmation and confirmation,” Irvin told Rich Eisen. “You don’t think Bill Parcells and that crew in Miami knows this? They’ll bring him in, they’ll embrace him. He’ll take on a different role in Miami. He’ll want to play for those coaches and not let them down. That will keep him straight off the football field. Because Brandon is the type of guy that wants to give everything on the football field.”
