We heard from Deion Sanders on Thursday for the first time since the trade of Donovan McNabb.

Really, there’s no need to pontificate on this one. Deion gets straight to the point, and here’s what he had to say:

“First of all, I gathered myself, and sat down,” Sanders said. “Because I couldn’t believe that this was the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard in my entire life, except for that Herschel Walker shebacle many years ago.”

Yes, Deion officially introduced the word “shebacle” to the NFL Network vernacular, to the amusement of network producers.
