Levine aces Tennessee State’s pro day

While he won’t go anywhere near as high as fellow Tennessee State alum DB Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie, who was drafted 16th overall by the Cardinals in 2008, DB Anthony Levine is steadily working his way onto draft boards.
He helped himself with a good workout at Tennessee State’s pro day, which took place in front of 14 team representatives on March 20.
Levine (5-foot-11 1/8, 193 pounds) ran the 40-yard dash in 4.48 and 4.53 seconds, had a 35-inch vertical jump, a 9-foot, 6-inch broad jump, a 4.05-second short shuttle, a 6.75-second three-cone drill and did 20 bench press repetitions at 225 pounds.
He also looked very good in position drills. Expect his name to be called sometime on the third day of the draft, which features rounds 4-7.
