Quarterback Sean Canfield, who showed off his mobility at the NFL Scouting combine, demonstrated his arm strength at Oregon State’s pro day on March 12. Canfield (6-foot-3 3/4, 224 pounds) stood on the results in each discipline from the combine, but impressed scouts with his throwing ability, including his accuracy on deep out routes.
Twenty NFL team representatives, including Bengals offensive coordinator Bob Bratkowski, evaluated Canfield and 10 other former Oregon State players indoors on FieldTurf.
Linebacker Keaton Kristick (6-2 7/8, 232) ran a 4.74 and 4.74-second 40-yard dash, had a 33-inch vertical leap, a 10-foot, 1-inch broad jump, 4.30 short shuttle, 6.89 three-cone drill and completed 18 bench press repetitions of 225 pounds.
Offensive guard Gregg Peat (6-3 1/2, 299) ran a 5.24 and 5.24 40, had a 32.5-inch vertical leap, 8-foot, 6-inch broad jump, 4.80 short shuttle, 7.53 three-cone drill and 23 bench press reps.
