There were five teams present at the University of San Diego’s pro day, where four players worked out. They worked out outdoors on grass, with the exception of the broad jump and the vertical jump, which they did on the basketball court.
Here are some of the highlights:
CB Gabe Derricks (6-1 1/8, 192): He ran the 40-yard dash in 4.68 and 4.70. Derricks had a 31-inch vertical jump, 9-4 broad jump, 4.40 short shuttle and 7.55 three-cone drill. He finished with 14 bench presses.
RB J.T. Rogan (5-9 7/8, 202): He ran the 40-yard dash in 4.54 and 4.55. Rogan had a 36-inch vertical jump, 9-3 broad jump, 4.13 short shuttle and 6.71 three-cone drill. He finished with 13 bench presses.
Both players will run again at San Diego State’s pro day on March 13.
