Cardinals re-sign Ware, will meet with Hadnot

The Cardinals and DB Matt Ware have agreed on a multiyear deal, according to a league source.

Ware is a versatile safety who played in 11 games with one start last season, finishing with 24 tackles and one interception. The six-year veteran was an unrestricted free agent who has spent the previous four years in Arizona.

Also, veteran OL Rex Hadnot is in Arizona to visit the Cardinals, according to a league source.

The Browns had worked to retain the lineman, according to a source. Hadnot is a six-year pro who started six games for the Browns in 2009.
