Veteran DT Williams visiting Broncos

Veteran DT Jamal Williams is visiting the Broncos on Monday, NFL Network’s Michael Lombardi reports via a league source.

Williams spent 12 seasons with the AFC West rival Chargers, but he appeared in only one game before missing the rest of the 2009 season with an arm injury. Williams, who will be 34 next month, had started at least 13 games in six consecutive seasons from 2003 to 2008.

Williams is expected to visit the Saints this week, according to NFL Network’s Jason La Canfora.
