Free-agent guard Artis Hicks has agreed to terms on a three-year deal with the Redskins worth a maximum of $9 million, according to a league source.
Hicks, an eight-year veteran with the Eagles and Vikings, played in 16 games for Minnesota last season, starting three.
The Redskins have been in the market for offensive line help. They released guard Randy Thomas this week, and OT Chris Samuels announced his retirement.
