Free-agent RB Jones set to visit Chiefs on Monday

Free-agent RB Thomas Jones is scheduled to visit the Chiefs on Monday, according to a league source.

Jones is on the market because the Jets released him, despite a 2009 season in which he set career highs in (1,402 yards) and touchdowns (14). Jets general manager Mike Tannenbaum said the team hasn’t ruled out re-signing Jones, who led the NFL’s top rushing offense.
