Injury will keep WR Bryant from working out at combine

Oklahoma State’s Dez Bryant, considered by many to be the best wide receiver available in this year’s draft, said Friday that an injured hamstring will keep him from working out at the combine in Indianapolis.
Bryant does plan, however, to work out for teams in a few weeks.
“I’m going back to my pro day, and I’m going to do all my workouts at my pro day (on March 10),” Bryant said Friday.
Bryant said he “tweaked” the hamstring while working out last week. He added that he had injured the same hamstring during one of the three games he played in last September.
Bryant was suspended for most of the 2009 season after lying about his contact with former NFL star and current NFL Network analyst Deion Sanders.
