Vikings’ Harvin, Saints’ Shockey OK for NFC title game

The inactives list for Sunday’s NFC Championship Game between the Vikings and Saints has been released, and there’s good news for both teams: Vikings WR/KR Percy Harvin and Saints TE Jeremy Shockey are active.

NFL.com’s Steve Wyche, who is in New Orleans, reports that Harvin will start after missing practices Thursday and Friday because of migraine headaches.

Shockey will play despite not practicing all week because of a sore right knee.

The Vikings’ inactives are as follows: WR Jaymar Johnson, RB Albert Young, CB Karl Paymah, TE Garrett Mills, LB Jeremy Leman, C Jon Cooper, and DT Letroy Guion. Sage Rosenfels will serve as the team’s No. 3 QB.

For the Saints, CB Malcolm Jenkins, LB Anthony Waters, G Jamar Nesbit, TE Darnell Dinkins, TE Tory Humphrey, WR Adrian Arrington and DE Paul Spicer are all inactive. Jenkins (knee), who played last week but didn’t start, will miss his third game this season.
