Jets RB Greene questionable to return with rib injury

The Jets confirmed that rookie RB Shonn Greene sustained a rib injury early in the third quarter of Sunday’s AFC Championship Game against the Colts and is questionable to return.

If Greene can’t play, it would be a huge loss at a critical time for the Jets. They trailed the Colts 20-17 at the time of the announcement, and Greene had played well in the playoffs, rushing for 135 and 128 yards, respectively, in the Jets’ previous two games. He had 41 yards on 10 carries against the Colts before he was hurt.
