Cowboys LT Flozell Adams left Sunday’s NFC divisional playoff game against the Vikings with an injured right calf and is questionable to return.
On the second play of the Cowboys’ first possession after Adams’ departure, Vikings DE Jared Allen powered through Adams’ replacement, Doug Free, and knocked the ball free from Cowboys QB Tony Romo. Vikings LB Ben Leber recovered it at the Cowboys’ 20-yard line, and Minnesota later kicked a field goal to go ahead 17-3.
Adams, a five-time Pro Bowl selection, is known for his good health. He has played in 16 games in all but one of his 12 NFL seasons.
