The Arizona Cardinals were not scheduled to practice Friday as they travel to New Orleans, but the team was required to submit the official status of their players.
So, officially, four Cardinals were listed as questionable for Saturday’s divisional playoff game against the Saints: WR Anquan Boldin (ankle), DE Calais Campbell (thumb), LB Will Davis (knee) and LB Gerald Hayes (ankle). Bolding and Hayes were the only two Cardinals who did not practice on Wednesday or Thursday.
Cardinals coach Ken Whisenhunt said Thursday that Boldin and Hayes would be game-time decisions.
Veteran LB Monty Beisel would start in place of Hayes, while WR Steve Breaston would be the expected starter for Boldin, with Early Doucet also playing a big role.
