As NFL.com’s Steve Wyche first reported on Friday, the Seattle Seahawks did interview Vikings defensive coordinator Leslie Frazier on Saturday.

Frazier is one of several candidates interviewed, according to league officials, and the Seahawks are in compliance with all regulations for their coaching search.

There is no signed contract between Pete Carroll and the Seahawks — as we have reported — but according to sources the sides have agreed on many of the main parameters of a deal. An announcement of Carroll’s hiring could come by early next week. He could perhaps be a part of the group that interviews Green Bay director of football operations John Schneider and New York Giants director of college scouting Marc Ross next week for the vacant GM position.
