The latest out of Cincinnati is that New York Jets LB David Harris will play Saturday against the Bengals, according to NFL Network’s Scott Hanson.
Jets coach Rex Ryan said Harris, who was expected to be a game-time decision due to his sprained right ankle, will play despite being limited the last two days of practice. There’s no indication, however, about whether Harris will start, or how much he’ll play. But it looks like he will give it a go.
Harris, the Jets’ leading tackler, was injured in the 37-0 win over the Bengals last Saturday. He was listed as questionable for the wild-card matchup against the Bengals, as was CB Donald Strickland (quadricep).
The official list of Jets inactive players should be arriving soon.
