That’s how it will sound in April, as the Rams (1-15) secured the No. 1 overall pick with Sunday’s 28-6 loss to the 49ers.

The Rams, who have held the second overall pick in the last two drafts, haven’t owned the top selection since 1997, when they drafted OT Orlando Pace. The Rams also drafted first overall in 1963, taking RB Terry Baker, as well as on four other occasions: 1960, 1957, 1952 and 1938.
