Cleveland Browns quarterback Brady Quinn will be placed on injured reserve, missing the final two games of the season, coach Eric Mangini announced during his Tuesday media session.
Mangini said Quinn injured his foot at some point during Sunday’s win at Kansas City. In his third season since joining the Browns as a first-round pick in 2007, Quinn started nine games this season. He completed 53.1 percent of his passes for 1,339 yards, with eight touchdown passes and seven interceptions.
Derek Anderson, who started the first five games this season for Cleveland, will start Sunday vs. Oakland.
