JaMarcus Russell is in for the Raiders. Again.
Raiders starter Charlie Frye took a hit from Broncos LB Andra Davis midway through the fourth quarter, and has left Sunday’s game with an undisclosed head injury. In his place is the starter-turned-backup Russell, who had been benched in favor of Bruce Gradkowski, and then passed over for the start in favor of Frye when Gradkowski was ruled out due to multiple knee injuries.
The Raiders announced Frye is questionable to return. Frye was 9 of 17 for 68 yards with an interception before leaving the game.
