Bills WR Owens active; OL Incognito will start vs. Pats

Bills WR Terrell Owens is active and will start Sunday against the Patriots, NFL Network’s Kara Henderson reports.

Owens hasn’t missed a game this season, and he had been listed as questionable because of an illness.

The Bills also announced that Richie Incognito, picked up off waivers from the Rams earlier in the week, will start at right guard. Fred Jackson will start at running back.
