Freeney, Mathis questionable for Colts

Colts coach Jim Caldwell has said only his “healthy” starters will play in Thursday night’s game against the Jaguars (NFL Network, 8 p.m. ET). With the Colts listing 29 players — over half the active roster – on Wednesday’s final injury report, it might decrease the chances of seeing many of those starters on the field.
Colts DEs Dwight Freeney (abdomen) and Robert Mathis (quad) were listed as questionable, along with starting LT Charlie Johnson (foot). All three players were unable to practice this week.
The Colts also ruled out CB Jerraud Powers (hamstring) and RB Donald Brown (chest).
For the Jaguars, the status of two defensive starters remains in question. CB Rashean Mathis (groin) is listed as questionable after he took part in limited practice all week, and LB Clint Ingram (shoulder) is doubtful after being limited the last two days. The Jaguars also ruled out FB Greg Jones, who injured his right ankle last week.
