Titans’ Young out with hamstring injury

Titans QB Vince Young is questionable to return to Sunday’s game against the Rams after sustaining a hamstring injury during the second quarter.

Young was injured during a 44-yard run, grabbing at the back of his right leg. He left the sidelines for the locker room and was replaced on the next play by veteran Kerry Collins.

Young doesn’t look close to returning, either,┬áremaining on the sideline to start the second half with the Titans leading 23-0.

He led the Titans to touchdowns on two of the Titans’ first four┬ádrives, completing 6 of 8 passes for 132 yards and a touchdown. He connected with RB Chris Johnson on a 66-yard catch and run during the first quarter for a 14-point lead.

Young was questionable for the game with a bothersome right knee injury.
