With RB Marion Barber struggling to run the ball effectively, the Cowboys are going to more of a committee situation in their backfield.

Barber leads the team in carries against the Chargers, but RB Felix Jones is also seeing his share of the workload. Overall, it’s become a situation for fantasy owners to avoid.

That was evdient earlier in the contest, when Barber couldn’t punch it in from inside San Diego’s 5-yard line on three straight attempts. Barber, who scored one fantasy point last week in a loss to the Giants, has averaged just five points in his last four games.

Despite being taken in the first and second rounds in most drafts, Barber is no better than a flex starter right now.
