Bears don’t want to risk Hester aggravating calf injury

The Bears don’t expect Devin Hester to play Sunday against the Packers, according to a source with knowledge of the situation.

Hester, a wide receiver and return specialist, missed practice all week because of a calf injury, and the team expects him to be inactive. Hester’s speed and explosiveness — his greatest assets — are severely limited, and he could aggravate the injury by playing.

Update: Hester is inactive, as is OT Orlando Pace.
