Young misses practice, will be a game-time decision

Titans QB Vince Young didn’t take part in practice Friday, according to a league source, resting his knee injury.

Young watched as Kerry Collins took first-team work ahead of Sunday’s game against the Rams. Young is considered a game-time decision by the Titans, depending on how his knee responds the next two days.
