Bears’ Hester questionable for game vs. Packers

Bears WR Devin Hester didn’t participate in Friday’s practice and is listed as questionable for Sunday’s showdown with the NFC North rival Packers. Hester suffered a calf injury during the third quarter of last weekend’s 17-9 victory over the Rams.

Bears OT Orlando Pace also is listed as questionable with a groin injury. LB Lance Briggs, DT Tommie Harris, LB Hunter Hillenmeyer and DT Israel Idonije are all listed as probable.

A number of Packers defenders are dealing with injury issues of their own. LB Jeremy Thompson remains out after suffering a neck injury during practice last week. DT Ryan Pickett (hamstring) didn’t participate in Friday’s practice and is listed as doubtful. DE Johnny Jolly (knee) is listed as questionable.

The Packers expect to have LB Nick Barnett, OT Chad Clifton, TE Jermichael Finley, DE Cullen Jenkins, NT B.J. Raji and CB Charles Woodson for the 179th renewal of the Chicago-Green Bay rivalry.
