Eagles’ Westbrook limited for second day in a row

Eagles RB Brian Westbrook again was limited Thursday, his second consecutive day back at practice while he recovers from a concussion that has kept him out of five games this season.

Westbrook said Wednesday that he wasn’t fully healed from the concussion when he returned Nov. 15 after a two-game absence. Westbrook sounded like he’s being cautious this time, saying: “I’m concerned that things that are happening now, concussions, head injuries, can affect my life down the road. That really concerns me.”

Eagles WR DeSean Jackson fully practiced for the second day in a row after a concussion kept him out of last weekend’s victory over the Falcons. Jackson expects to play Sunday against the NFC East rival Giants, but Westbrook’s status isn’t so certain.
