Chad Ochocinco’s wallet is a little lighter following an NFL fine. Again.
NFL Network’s Jason La Canfora has confirmed Ochocinco has been fined $30,000 by the league for wearing a poncho and sombrero after scoring a touchdown midway through the second quarter of Sunday’s 23-13 win over the Lions.
Moments after hauling in a 36-yard scoring strike from Carson Palmer, Ochocinco was on the sideline in a gray poncho over his uniform, and briefly donning an orange and black sombrero, while celebrating with teammates.
Last month, Ochocinco was fined $20,000 by the NFL for pulling out a one-dollar bill and offering it to an official and later saying he was trying to offer it as a “bribe.”
