The Seahawks finally will be flush with running backs Sunday against the 49ers. Starter Julius Jones (chest) and backup Justin Forsett (quadricep) are both active for the game.
Jones was expected to play after missing the previous two games with the injury. Forsett, who rushed for 139 yards and three touchdowns in Jones’ absence, was added to the injury report Friday after he was limited in practice, but he’s OK to play.
Part-time starter Cory Redding was deactivated by the Seahawks because of a concussion. He had been listed as doubtful. Fellow DE Lawrence Jackson (groin) was active.
Veteran LB Takeo Spikes (hamstring) was active for the 49ers, but WR Issac Bruce (ankle) was not. Both had been listed as questionable.
