Rams expect Jackson to play vs. Bears

The Rams are optimistic that RB Steven Jackson will play Sunday against the Bears, according to a team source.

Jackson played last week against the Seahawks, despite missing practice all week with a back injury, and rushed for 89 yards and one touchdown. The team expects Jackson to do the same this week, although it might be a little more difficult to get his sore back loose in the Chicago cold than it was last week at home in the dome.

Update: Jackson is active.
