The Texans’ official Web site reports that RB Steve Slaton (neck), who hasn’t practiced this week, will be a game-time decision Sunday against the Jaguars. Chris Brown will start in Slaton’s place.
Brown, who has seen increased action since coach Gary Kubiak benched Slaton for his fumbling problems, has rushed for 234 yards and two touchdowns. Last week against the Colts, Brown carried 11 times for 56 yards and one touchdown.
