Bears’ Briggs, Pace doubtful for game vs. Rams

Bears LB Lance Briggs (knee) and LT Orlando Pace (groin) are listed as doubtful for Sunday’s game against the Rams, making it likely that both will miss their first game of the season.

Neither Briggs nor Pace have practiced all week.

DT Tommie Harris (knee) and CB Charles Tillman (concussion) are both questionable after fully practicing Friday.

For the Rams, RB Steven Jackson (back) is questionable after not practicing this week. Jackson also didn’t practice last week but still played against the Seahawks.

Rams rookie OT Jason Smith will miss his second consecutive game after suffering a concussion.
