NFL Network’s Jason La Canfora is reporting that Cardinals QB Kurt Warner (head) is not expected to play against the Titans. If you need a quarterback in a pinch, Matt Leinart will start in his absence and is available in 86 percent of NFL.com fantasy leagues.

The USC product hasn’t played well in Warner’s absence in the past, however, so he’s no more than a desperation starter. You can’t sit WRs Larry Fitzgerald or Anquan Boldin, but losing Warner hurts both of their values for the week.

If you need a defense, in fact, look to add the Titans. Their a much more attractive fantasy option with Warner out of action.
