Stafford starts vs. Packers

Just four days after injuring his non-throwing shoulder in a wild win over the Cleveland Browns, QB Matthew Stafford started for the Detroit Lions in their annual Thanksgiving Day game against the Green Bay Packers.

Receiver Calvin Johnson, who was listed as questionable throughout the week, also started. Johnson and Stafford made an immediate impact on the game, connecting on a first-quarter touchdown.
