Redskins RB Ladell Betts is out of the remainder of today’s game in Dallas with a knee injury. That’s a big blow for fantasy owners who started the veteran runner.
In his absence, RB Rock Cartwright will see more work the reminder of the afternoon. Time will tell if he’s worth a look off the waiver wire next week, but much depends on the status of RB Clinton Portis.
He’s missing his second straight game due to a concussion.
In Detroit, Browns RB Chris Jennings has passed RB Jerome Harrison on the depth chart and is seeing some work against the Lions. He’s someone to watch, as RB Jamal Lewis is clearly over the hill.
