Baltimore NT Haloti Ngata will miss his second straight game with an ankle injury when the Ravens face the Browns on Monday night. Ngata, who was listed as questionable, was deactivated by the Ravens.

The other Ravens inactives: RB Matt Lawrence, RB Jalen Parmele, LB Antwan Barnes, OT Oniel Cousins, OG Tony Moll and NT Kelly Talavou. John Beck is listed as Baltimore’s No. 3 QB.

Browns starters RB Jamal Lewis (ankle) and TE Steve Heiden (knee), who were both listed as questionable, are active.

There were no major surprises among the Browns inactives: DB Coye Francies, OG Billy Yates, TE Greg Estandia, TE Michael Gaines, P Dave Zastudil, LB Alex Hall and WR Chansi Stuckey.
