Eagles RB Westbrook, Chargers LB Merriman active

Eagles RB Brian Westbrook (concussion) is active, but LT Jason Peters (ankle) is out. Chargers LBs Shawne Merriman and Shaun Phillips will start in Sunday’s tilt in San Diego.

Westbrook has missed two games since suffering a concussion against the Redskins in Week 7. He was listed as probable. Peters was listed as questionable after not practicing Friday.

Merriman (foot) and Phillips (ankle) were both listed as questionable heading into the game. The Chargers will be without LBs Tim Dobbins and Jyles Tucker.
