Dolphins WR Ginn returns to starting lineup

Dolphins WR Ted Ginn Jr. will be back on the first-team offense Sunday against the Buccaneers after not starting the last two games.

Ginn has 19 receptions for 218 yards and one touchdown as a receiver this season. He did have two kickoff returns for touchdowns in Week 8 against the Jets, his first game after being demoted.

Ginn replaces rookie Brian Hartline, who supplanted him earlier in the season.

Charlie Anderson will play in Joey Porter‘s linebacker spot against the Bucs. Porter was deactivated for the game because of a coach’s decision.
