Niners LB Spikes, Bears TE Clark and CB Bowman out

The 49ers won’t have LB Takeo Spikes for the rest of the game, and Bears TE Desmond Clark also won’t return, reports NFL Network’s Jason La Canfora. Spikes strained his hamstring in the second quarter. Clark, meanwhile, left the game with a neck injury.
Bears CB Zack Bowman is also out for the rest of the game, reports La Canfora.
