Peters returns for Eagles

Good news for Donovan McNabb and the Philadelphia Eagles — Pro Bowl LT Jason Peters has returned to Sunday night’s game against the Cowboys. Peters left during the first quarter with a left ankle injury, but just trotted out on the field to join the Eagles as the offense drives late in the second quarter.

Peters had the ankle taped and was brought to the locker room for X-rays, which were presumably negative, and was spotted testing out the injury on the sidelines before returning.
