Lions’ Sims sidelined by hamstring injury

Detroit Lions LB Ernie Sims has been ruled out of returning to Sunday’s game against the Seattle Seahawks with what is being reported as a hamstring injury. Sims left the game during the third quarter, walking slowly off the field with trainers, and has remained on the sideline. He was replaced by DeAndre Levy.
Lions CB William James also left the game late during the third quarter with an undisclosed injury and was replaced by Chris Henry.
