Eagles RB Westbrook won’t play vs. Cowboys

Eagles RB Brian Westbrook is out for Sunday’s game against the Cowboys, a league source told NFL Network’s Jason La Canfora.

Westbrook will miss his second consecutive game after suffering a concussion against the Redskins in Week 7.
