Eagles RB Westbrook is out

NFL Network’s Jason La Canfora reports that Eagles RB Brian Westbrook is definitely out, according to a team source, and is on the team’s list of inactives being turned in now. The Eagles play host to the Giants.

Westbrook missed practice all week after suffering a concussion in last Monday’s victory over Washington.

Rookie RB LeSean McCoy will get his second start of the season for the Eagles. The second-round draft pick from Pitt started against Kansas City and gained 84 yards on 20 carries.
