Crowder doesn’t travel, out for Dolphins

The Miami Dolphins official Web site reports LB Channing Crowder did not travel with the team for Sunday’s game against the New York Jets and is listed as out.

Crowder had been listed as doubtful on Friday’s injury report due to a shoulder injury. He missed all three days of practice this week. It’s expected that Reggie Torbor will move into the starting lineup to replace Crowder.

The Dolphins also made one transaction Saturday, activating LB Matt Roth from the Reserve/Non-Football Injury list and releasing TE John Nalbone.
