Lions WR Calvin Johnson should be in your starting lineup this week if he returns against St. Louis. I am not sure why this is really even an issue, but one of my friends hit me with that question on one of the various social networks this morning. And before I could unfriend/unfollow him for asking so ludicrous a question, he made a rather compelling case.

Johnson is coming off a knee injury and has struggled outside of a good game against the Bears (133 yards, but no touchdowns). So this was a very lucid, intelligent and well thought-out objection.

But come on, this is St. Louis. There is no guarantee that the Lions would try to run up the score like the Colts and Peyton Manning did the previous week. But count on Johnson to have a pretty good stat line if he plays.
